If a customer receives a new generator but actually needed the older version, we don’t need to replace the entire unit.
Instead, send the old motherboard and wiring to convert it. This saves both time and cost. The new 5-pin generators can be converted to 13-pin models, confirmed by MAX (overseas support).
Important: Ask the customer to take a photo of their old motherboard connections before changing anything. A professional installer must complete the conversion. Required parts: SS-MBSTEAM01, SS-CABLE20, SS-CONCAB01-XX.
